To get your test line you must contact us in live chat, if operator is not online then you can create a ticket asking for test line. You need to provide us your REAL email address and not temporary or fake email.

Users that try to get more than one test lines using multiple email addresses , proxies and other tricks will be banned.

Clients with active subscription can ask for test lines (for friends, family etc) as many as they need without limitation.

Test Line will be active from the time that you receive it and not from the time that you enter it to the receiver, so get the line only if you have the time to test it.

Of course yes, contact us and you will get full support.

Simple subscription cLines cannot be used for reshare. If you need reshare lines then contact us to get rates and offer.

Firt step is to check if your line is active or not. The easy way is to ask on live chat the expiration date of your subscription.

If your subscription is active then you have to check following :

MAKE SURE THAT THE LINE IS IN THE RECEIVER

PLEASE CHECK IF THE LINE EXIST IN YOUR RECEIVER

CHECK INTERNET CONNECTION FROM YOUR RECIEVER - MOST RECEIVERS HAS NETWORK CHECK BUTTON - MAKE SURE THAT YOUR RECEIVER HAS INTERNET ACCESS BEFORE TRY THE OTHER STEPS.


1) Restart CCcam

if problem exist then

2) Restart your receiver

if problem exist then

3) Restart your router

if problem exist then

Disconect ALL  devices that have internet access

(pc, mobiles, PlayStation, Xbox other receivers,  !!!!! EVERYTHING !!!!!!!)

RESTART your router

1) Connect  YOUR receiver

2) connect ONE by ONE the other devices

If the final step  resolve the problem, try to give static ip to your receiver to avoid this kind of problem.

And remember to REMOVE the file CCcam.prio if exist in your var/etc  folder.

99.9% OF THE PROBLEMS ARE SOLVED WITH THESE STEPS, SO PLEASE FOLLOW THEM.

First make sure that you are NOT have the same line in more than ONE receiver. Your line can be used ONLY IN ONE RECEIVER.

Many people add the same line on two or more receivers, for example living room and bedroom. This is not forbidden from the service  BUT only IF you try to watch from living room, bedroom receiver MUST BE OFF.

System does not allow multiple logins for any line, so if you add the line to multiple receivers YOU WILL HAVE FREEZE or BLACK SCREEN.

If you need multilines for your other receivers in your home, (same ip, same home) you can buy extra lines with 50% discount at any package

 

Try to avoid WiFi, and DO NOT USE prio files (if cccam.prio exist in var/etc folder DELETE IT.) 

Try to use other versions of cccam / mgcamd. (downgrade or update) 

If you use OScam make sure that you have these settings in oscam.server

inactivitytimeout = 30
reconnecttimeout = 1800

Restart receiver and router

If these are not solve the problem, contact support.

Make sure that you do not use prio file , prio settings.

If   cccam.prio exist in var/etc folder DELETE IT.

 

Make sure that you have the latest channel list on your box.

If these are not solve the problem, contact support and report the channels that you have problem to check them.

Usage of service can be restricted anytime if you do not respect the following rules :

Re-share is forbidden under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Any attempt will cause you  PERMANENT BAN.

Server spamming / Bad usage of service :

Do not share your line with ANYONE.

Use only official images and official plugins to your receiver to avoid  hack / leak of your line details. (many custom images and plugins steal your account details and try to connect with your line) You are responsible to protect your credentials.

Hacked , Shared and Leaked accounts will be closed and user will not have the ability to use the service anymore.

Access to the service is not your right, it is privilege. Please keep in mind that you have to earn it by your behavior
